He must have his phone sutured to his abdomen because his return emails and text responses are quick and efficient. Very knowledgeable and easy to work with. First Time Homebuyer and no better man for the job!

First time buying a home the process can feel a bit overwhelming with this HUGE purchase. Sonny ensured through out the whole process that my every question was answered and kept his finger on the pulse to make this the smoothest transaction for me and my family. There are not enough stars to grant Sonny for his work, integrity and knowledge. I would chose Sonny again and again to go through this process with! We closed ahead of schedule in 19 days and again that is fast but my mind was at ease knowing I was in good hands and had his knowledge leading me through this mortgage process. He was available DAY & NIGHT for any and all questions I had and communicated every step to me and my realtor so we knew exactly where we were. I truly could not have asked for a better experience and will refer Sonny to all my friends and family when purchasing their homes or investment properties.

Excellent lending experience, would do it all over again

When we think about the homebuying process we usually do not factor in the importance of having a good lender. In retrospect, Sonny's expertise was the x-factor in making us feel comfortable in purchasing a new home. As a first-time buyer, I needed that confidence to be in the position I am today. I have to say that Sonny had an ambitious promise on the closing date of our home and over-delivered on that promise and got us the home sooner than expected! This was simply amazing! His experience as a lender really shows through his savvy and his ability to explain important concepts of home lending. During the process of escrow, he was always available for us. But even before that, he was always available to provide me with numbers on promising homes in my area. When we finally decided on our current home, Sonny even made arrangements to accommodate us outside of the business hours to sign loan documents. Even though my fiancé and I were so busy, Sonny was always available. It is worth emphasizing that he is very personable which sets him apart from other lenders. Sonny even made an impression on my agent as well as the seller. This gave the seller more confidence in selecting us as the buyer of the new home. I can't thank Sonny enough, and I can't wait to work with him again!
