As first-time homebuyers, we had no idea what to expect—but working with Sonny made everything feel way less intimidating and way more exciting! We were prequalified super quickly, and from there, everything just moved FAST. We closed on our home in 30 days (just like we hoped), and honestly, it could’ve even been sooner! What we really appreciated was that Sonny listened to what mattered to us, like making sure our first payment lined up with our goals, and he walked us through the numbers in a way that actually made sense. When you’re searching for a home, you want someone who’s just as eager and on top of it as you are, and Sonny totally was.
